Hawaii celebrates progress on Community-Based Subsistence Fishing Areas

This year, World Oceans Day saw fishing communities on Maui and Hawaii islands celebrate milestones in progress towards adopting rules for Community-Based Subsistence Fishing Areas (CBSFA).
